Uplifting Affirmations

Hello & beautiful day!

You guys know I love my positive affirmations, and today I’m feeling called to share a few of my recent favorites.

  • I am proud of the person I am becoming.
  • I am in tune with my higher self.
  • I am letting go of unhealthy habits.
  • There is no hate in my heart, or negativity in my space.
  • I have balance within me.
  • I am always growing.
  • I promise to be gentle with myself.

Take what you need, leave behind what you don’t.

One of my favorite ways to implement positive affirmations into my daily practices is including them in my journal entries and speaking them aloud while I’m cooking, showering or driving.

It’s important to both think AND speak positively to yourself.

Are you always muttering words of distaste under your breath?

If you’re someone who talks to yourself, try speaking words of love and encouragement, just as much as (or more than) you may let out groans of discontent.

If you often find yourself down paths of dark, harmful thought patterns, try thinking two positive, uplifting thoughts for every negative one.

The dark and light is a part of your journey together. I am not recommending you to stop thinking negatively or speaking negatively all together.

I want to encourage you to try to be mindful about shifting your energy to a higher state once again after you’ve encountered a lower energy situation.
