How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every piece by the Spiritual Sunflower is handmade. Please allow up to 2 days to process new orders and 7 business days before your order is shipped out. You will receive shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. If you are purchasing an item for a gift and need it by a certain date, please contact me via email or instagram to discuss beforehand.

How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, your email will include the tracking number. If you are purchasing via private message, please let me know if you'd like your tracking number.

What if my package gets lost?
The Spiritual Sunflower is not responsible for any lost, broken or stolen items during transit by the mail carrier. If you have not received your package by its delivery date, please send an email or private message me on Instagram.

How do I care for my crystal jewelry?
To take the best take care of your handmade jewelry, please do not shower with your items, and avoid leaving them out in heat, sunlight, or humidity for long periods of time. Prolonged exposure to elements like water and heat can wear down your crystal and the metal used to create your jewelry.

How do I place a custom order?
Please reach out to me via instagram or email to chat about custom creations. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to complete, and might not always be possible. Custom creations and their final costs depend on the availability of supplies and what the individual is asking for.

What is your return policy?
The Spiritual Sunflower has a no refund/cancellation policy. Each piece is handmade and one of a kind, and therefor cannot be replicated or replaced. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please email thespiritualsunflower@gmail.com and I will do my best to help you.

The Spiritual Sunflower is located in the southwest Florida area, and travels nationwide for art and music events. We offer product setups, tarot and oracle readings, guided ritual practices, and live flow performance with palm torches and LED hula hoop.
