Keeping my chakras aligned has been something really important to me lately. I feel like this a way that I can open myself up to the world and my peers, and to reach a higher vibration as well.

To do this I’ve been exploring some “Chakracises” or chakra exercises.

Crown Chakra: meditation

Brow Chakra: visualization, lucid dreaming

Throat Chakra: singing, journaling

Solar Plexus Chakra: dancing, flowing, stretching

Sacral Chakra: pelvis thrusts / circular movements, twerking

Root Chakra: stomping / marching on earth, doing squats

Aura Cleansing: showering, taking an Epsom salt bath, deep cleansing breaths, burning sadge, palo santo, or other herbs

Whenever I feel like my energy is off balance, I try to tune in to my chakras and take a few minutes to recenter and realign them.

Consider, where in my body do I feel heavy or pain?

This might signal a chakra with energy that is blocked and needs help being cleared.

Remember to take care of yourself physically, energetically, spiritually, and emotionally!
