The shadow workbook is a safe space to explore and understand all depths and corners of your being, ultimately to learn to love these parts of yourself unconditionally.
You will be guided to recognize what the shadow self is, why shadow work is valuable, and the concept of the “golden shadow.” Following, you will receive activities, rituals, and daily journal entries to exercise your shadow and get to know this deeper, darker side of your being.
