
Guided Manifestation Journaling Prompts
This is a short but sweet journaling practice to help you manifest your dreams with ease, alignment and clear intentions.
It is so important to be direct, specific, and clear about your goals and manifestations whenever you are convening with the universe, angels, or God to assist you in making those things come true. One of the most valuable tools I have found to help me be as clear as possible with what I am desiring is journaling.
I'm sure that you have heard this somewhere before, but words are so powerful. They are spells. When we speak aloud or write something down, we are putting energy into thoughts that bring them into physical reality. Whatever you speak cannot be taken back once it is said. Yes, you might be able to erase some of what you write, but your hands already made the motion to write it. The energy imprint still exists. This is why it is so, so important to be impeccable with your word, both in manifesting and in daily life.
I recommend beginning this journaling practice by lighting a candle or some incense and turning on some soothing music. Maybe lofi, sound healing, nature, or anything that is calming and meditative for you.
These journal prompts are all about putting yourself in the reality of your dreams coming true. Engage your senses. Consider visualizing your answers to these questions before diving into writing them down. Really use this time to evaluate the things you truly desire, and bring them closer to your current reality through writing them down. I recommend giving at least five to ten minutes per question.
Open your journal to a fresh page. Take a few deep breaths, and begin.

Don't hold back! - How do your dreams and goals support your friends, loved ones, and community?
- What habits and routines can you improve in your daily life to assist you in reaching your goals?
- What does your ideal evening look, feel, sound and taste like?
When you are finished, give yourself a few more minutes just to breathe and review all that you have written down. How do you feel? Sit with those emotions for a moment. Hopefully, you feel some release, one step closer to achieving your dreams, and have clarity on how exactly to get there.
